Working with our partners, Policy Hub Scotland, we have created a series of in-house board development, training and coaching services for people in leadership and governance roles across the public, private and third sectors. Each training package can be shaped to suit the learning needs of your Board and individual Board Members.
Our goal is to help individual directors, Boards and executive teams reach their full potential through improving their focus, aligning their culture and strategy, and developing the behaviours that lead to greater Board effectiveness and success.
In House Masterclasses are priced at £1950 for a half day session for up to 20 board members.
